About StoryPiece puzzles
What is StoryPiece?
StoryPiece™ pairs complete audio stories with chapter-matched physical puzzles. Start each chapter and build its matching scene while it plays, so the story and picture unfold together.
Is it a normal puzzle?
It is a real physical jigsaw puzzle, but the pieces are organized into stages and the image unfolds alongside an included audio story.
Are the pieces sorted by stage?
Yes. Each day’s pieces are kept in their own inner carton so you can begin without sorting the entire puzzle. Day numbers on every piece back also make it easy to separate and store the puzzle for another occasion.
How many pieces are included?
The Birds’ Christmas Carol is presented as a 250-piece retail experience across six stages.
What ages is it for?
The Birds’ Christmas Carol StoryPiece puzzle is designed for ages 6+. It contains small parts and is not intended for children under 3.
Listening questions
Is the audio included?
Audio access for all six chapters is included. Each chapter is paired with one puzzle section and is intended to accompany that section while it is being built.
Do I need Spotify?
No. Spotify may become an optional listening channel later, but it is not required.
Do I need an app?
No. The QR code opens the companion experience in a standard web browser.
Can I replay the audio?
Yes. You can return to the stage audio and listen again.
Can I listen before buying?

Before ordering opens
When will it ship?
Final processing and ship timing will be published before checkout opens.
Do you ship before Christmas?
We’ll publish a verified holiday-ordering cutoff once inventory, fulfillment, and carrier timing are confirmed. We won’t promise Christmas arrival before then.
What if my box arrives damaged?
Send us a message with your order details and photos of the packaging and product so we can help.
What is your return policy?
The final return window and eligibility details will be posted before ordering opens. Amazon purchases follow Amazon’s return process.
